Responsible for assisting the general manager in dealing with foreign trade business, including tracking products and orders, coordinating internal and external resources, organizing documents and reporting to superiors.
Responsibilities:
Organize and manage product details for Amazon and retail market orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, dimensions, and accessories. Validate order completeness and oversee accurate and timely delivery.
Monitor and track all orders to ensure production, procurement, and delivery processes are completed within agreed timelines. Confirm product details and quality during production stages.
Communicate with relevant departments and personnel in factories to understand production progress, follow up on production plans, and maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with Amazon's after-sales department to handle monthly feedback and complaints. Summarize and communicate findings with factories to address customer complaint trends and recommend improvements.
Maintain clear and effective communication with both local and international colleagues, providing timely updates and resolving product-related issues promptly.
Assist supervisors in delegating tasks and managing foreign trade operations efficiently, ensuring seamless business processes.
Prepare, organize, and manage documentation, using tools like Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides to maintain data accuracy and streamline communication.
Report problems proactively and suggest actionable improvements, demonstrating openness to advice and new ideas.
Engage with key stakeholders, including factory representatives and international team members, ensuring smooth operations and alignment of objectives.

Job requirements
Job Requirements:
College degree or higher, preferably in International Trade, Economic Trade, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant roles, with a strong background in international trade operations.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
Advanced proficiency in office software, including Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides, with a focus on documentation and reporting.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide clear, concise reports to supervisors.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage complex tasks and ensure data accuracy.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and international colleagues.
